• Booking: Sessions are scheduled in advance via DM or our agreed method.

• Cancellations: A 12–24 hour notice is appreciated for any changes.

• Late Cancellations / No Shows: Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in a full charge.

• Timing: Sessions start and end as scheduled to respect both of our time.

• Payments: Sessions and packages are paid in advance.
