I’m Micaiah - a NASM certified personal trainer passionate about helping you build strength, confidence, and consistency in your routine!

The gym can feel overwhelming, especially when you don’t know what to do or where to start - that’s why I focus on structured, full-body training that’s simple, effective, and built around you.

My goal is to take the guesswork out of your workouts so you can show up, stay consistent, and actually see results.

  • This 1:1 session is all about you. We’ll talk through your goals, current routine, and any challenges you’ve been facing so I can understand exactly where you’re starting from.

    From there, I’ll walk you through how I can support you, what your training could look like, and the best path forward based on your goals.

    Whether you’re new to the gym or looking for more structure, this session is designed to give you clarity, direction, and a plan you feel confident about.

  • This is a fully personalized training experience designed around you, your goals, and your current fitness level. Each session is structured to help you build strength, improve your movement, and stay consistent with a plan that actually works.

    I’ll guide you through every workout, adjust as you progress, and make sure you’re training with purpose so you can see real results. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up, you’ll have the support and structure you need every step of the way.

  • Train alongside a friend while still getting personalized guidance and structure. These sessions are designed to balance individual goals with a shared workout experience, so you both get the support you need while staying motivated together.

    I’ll guide you through each session, make adjustments based on your fitness levels, and keep you both challenged so you can build strength, stay consistent, and see real progress.

A few policies.

  • Booking & Payment: Sessions are booked via DM and secured once payment is completed

  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule

  • Late Cancel / No-Show: Sessions canceled late or missed will be counted as used

  • Expiration: Packages are valid for 60 days; monthly plans reset each month

  • Arrival: Please arrive on time so you can get the most out of your session 🤍
